So, JB is putting your safety first and taking us on a shorter ride that gets us home before the heat really comes on. We'll take a short ride down through the curves to Bartlett Lake, then head into Cave Creek for breakfast at the Mountain View Pub. Nice morning ride, breakfast, home before the heat!

THE RIDE: Celebrate the centennial of the Mother Road in Seligman, AZ with lunch at Delgadillo’s Snow Cap – an iconic American drive-in. This biker-friendly eatery is a blast from the past, recalling the glory days of road travel and the chasing of the American dream. Ride highlights include Yarnell Hill, Skull Valley, and riding on the original Route 66 from Ash Fork to Seligman. Riders will also have an opportunity to win an original piece of pottery, made specifically for this ride, honoring Route 66 and H.O.G. 93 with two hands of “odometer poker.” It’s simple to play. Riders report the six digits on their motorcycle’s odometer (ones = aces and zeroes = Jacks) and the high hand wins. Celebrate America and get your kicks on Route Six Six. THE RIDE: I scream, you scream, we all scream for Gelato...real Italian gelato that is. It's August, and as the temperatures heat up, HOG 93 takes our annual, evening ride to our favorite purveyors of that cool, creamy treat, That's Amore Gelato. Home of the "Three Sunset Guarantee"--No evening ride is complete without a few sunset views. We will take a nice, meandering ride through some of our favorite dessert roads as we make our way over to Scottsdale. So catch an early dinner, then head out with us for dessert and a ride- hope to see you there!

THE EVENT It's that time again for our annual LOH Pool Party! So, bring your swimsuit, towel and your favorite pool beverage. This year is a potluck, so please bring an appetizer, lunch snack or desert to share. See you there ladies!

THE RIDE Normally Len "Wrong way" Tamboer takes the skyway for a destination such as this. But this Saturday he is going overground to enjoy some great curves before breakfast. The Payson Airport Cafe, formally known as Crosswinds Restaurant, is a local gem at the Payson Municipal Airport in Arizona. It offers a charming mom-and-pop diner atmosphere with 360-degree runway views where you can watch small, private planes take off and land while you eat. So join us for an early morning escape from the heat and for some breakfast at the Payson airpark.
