THE MEET UP: Sonoran Circle K ( 2575 Sonoran Desert Dr) @ 8:00am, KSU 8:30am RC: Clive “Planner” Francis Approximate miles – 250 (Round trip) Ride difficulty – Easy
THE RIDE: This Saturday Planner is taking us on a ride along the "Power Alley" corridor south of the Valley--passing a few of the more prominent power plants serving the Phoenix area. We'll then head out the Salome Highway as we make our way north for lunch at the Salome Diner (formerly the Red Pony Bar). Should be a nice day to get some ride miles under our belts. This will also be the first ride of the new 2025 ride year, so all you HOG 93 Road Warriors will want to make sure not to miss it!

THE RIDE & EVENT
Eddie “Squirrel” Galacci is leading a ride today to our fundraiser event sponsored by Panda Express. Once there, we will be able to present fliers to patrons, and promote our Wednesday Riding for Kids charity. You all know how much attention a bunch of Harley-Davidson motorcycles can garner, so please come out and help us promote this event to raise funds for our 2025 Camp Courage Charity. Oh yeah, we never go directly to any ride destination. So, you can just bet Squirrel will likely take a slight detour. Also, you all can catch some lunch at our destination and a percentage of your purchase will go to our charity ~ Not too shabby!

THE RIDE Our 2024 Wednesday Ride took us along some of the most beautiful desert roads in the Valley. Taking our riders through Rio Verde, Saguaro Lake and Tortilla Flats as they made their way to the last stop at Local Legends Bar & Grill in Mesa. This Saturday, we will be following the same route and stopping at each of our sponsor stops along the way to show them our appreciation and present some of them with a sponsorship plaque. These appreciation rides are an essential part of our Wednesday Ride charity efforts--And, since we are planning to take the same route this year, this is a great opportunity to sow some goodwill for our 2025 Wednesday Ride. So, please plan to come out and show your support for these important sponsors. We'll plan to catch some lunch at Local Legends Bar & Grill.
